Liberal Tax Hike Will Not Pay for Liberal Promises

Jack Mintz explains that there is no $6 billion savings from raising the cooperate tax rate. That's too bad for the Liberals because they have planned on using that money to pay for their expensive promises. He also explains that it will reduce provincial revenues and reduce investment in Canada. Michael Ignatieff and the Liberals ought to reconsider their job killing tax hikes so that the Canadian recovery can continue.

therussianspy: The Public Policy School is an absolute sham that ought to be investigated with the same scrutiny as Bruce Carson and the ISEEE. It's blatantly obvious that the policy school is STACKED with Reform/Conservative party insiders (e.g. Mansell, Boessenkool, Reid, Flanagan...). Ever notice how often Harper/Flaherty quote the "world renouned tax policy expert Jack Mintz" to support their corporate tax cuts? Pathetic that public funds are diverted into this propaganda arm of the Conservative Party.

TheBattleSCAR: Corporations create jobs. If you tax those corporations, we lose jobs and gain dependants on the system. Then the government is out more money. It's a lose-lose for the Liberals, and they are digging their hole deeper and deeper.
