The Army will not approve an easement that would allow the proposed Dakota Access Pipeline to cross under Lake Oahe in North Dakota, the Army's assistant secretary for civil works announced.

Fantasmeo: Watch TYT and other independent online news. CNN and other sell out media outlets are paid to keep people misinformed for as long as possible. CNN: Tell the people about the oil companies buying equipment and paying the police including their overtime, bribing the governor Jack Dalrymple to use police and national guard to protect a private pipeline, the inhumane police brutality of US citizens, the hundreds of unlawful arrests of people exercising their 1st amendment rights, the bogus violations peaceful water protectors were charged with including attempted murder and terrorism. How about the use of pepper spray, rubber bullets, billy clubs, tasers, attack dogs, smoke and concussion grenades, freezing water cannons, sound cannons, barbed wire, wildfires, patrol boats, planes, armored vehicles and actual fucking tanks?

James Irwin: Finally CNN covers this properly. Thank you CNN. bit late but better than never.

Struggle Gaming: Wont cover this until its over, this is why people dont trust the media, your not showing the truth just what your cooperate masters want.
"If it bleeds it leads" but not if it might upset some companies profit huh?

Gary Salmon: cnn you suck you are now getting to dakota your are laughable no one trust any of you news stations.

J B: The hippies won....

EH CBunny: If Trump tries to reinstate this pipeline's route it's a conflict of interest and grounds for impeachment.

Michael Miller: I'm glad this pipeline is not going to cross Lake Oahe. It's important to protect the environment.

Ningi: This will be in vein unless we move away from oil as one of our primary resources really soon

FepXBL: Why do all the retards expect cnn to report local news? They aren't going to make a big deal about every fucking thing, that's why they are the most viewed news network on earth.

Charles Kerr: Nice still I think its a waste of money when we could put it into new energy and use the land we will waste mining for living and food – via @haystacktv

zach Chom: I hope all the Indians get mass genocided, fucking need to mind their own bissnuss

Paula Kikas: I am glad the people have once again gained a victory through perseverance however...the minute the Water Protectors and Vets leave, Rancor will build illegally. They pushed forward with building regardless of 36 hour shifts for pipeline workers which is an OSHA violation, they knew that Environmental Impact Studies had not been done, via a DNR study, they knew that 9 endangered species would have been affected (https://www.fws.gov/uploadedFiles/DAPL%20EA.pdf) yet they cleared and built anyway, they have hired private thugs to attack and "Police" the water protectors, their truly isn't much that this company won't do for the money...this isn't over yet.

Tyler Brininger: why such little coverage of this?

Yawovi E.: Look at CNN now reporting it..We dont need you to report it..Its already done..Good job to all those people who fought hard.

Talok85: You guys at CNN are so brave for being able to tear yourself away from your super important coverage of an Empty Donald Trump podium to cover less relevant issues like human rights abuses by the hands of North Dakota state government against Native Americans. If I could express sarcasm any harder I would like for it to ooze out of your computer monitors.

Doodelay Explains: Fuck you CNN, you ignored this the entire time and treated it like it was never really an issue

Resolute Support: Hooah!!!

Jerry Serrato: under???? they are still going to disrupt and be in there land... government won ... and they wont stop... what tells you they wont build 10 or 20 more within 30 years... the real mission was not understood by many.... they might as well just let it pass over there faces...

catharine1967: i am afraid when all native Indians have left the camp of standing rock , they will continuing the pipeline
i dont trust fake news reports

Browns Fan: This company is tricky. We shouldn't forget about this and make sure they don't go under the river.
