Three years since Edward Snowden leaked classified information about the National Security Administration’s (NSA) warrantless domestic surveillance program, human rights groups are calling for President Obama to pardon Snowden before leaving office. The ACLU, Human Rights Campaign and Amnesty International are among the groups advocating for a pardon of the former NSA contractor turned whistleblower. Fishheadmandible: The big problem with this is, even if he is pardoned. If he ever leaves Russia he will more than likely be assassinated or captured and sent to Guantanamo Bay and/or have other legal measures put against him.
Unfortunately I don't think he will ever be safe from the Evil Empire.
Jimmy Stone: that reporter should be exiled too for looking that good in America.
Nick B: NSA = NICKS SPY ALLIANCE. funny there are three parts of the system, Im all three, plus u cant do shit without BUMBLEBEE and if U make a new one you will blow up. because the bee has to have emotional intelligence to not WANT TO BE LIKE A KID GOING FOR TOYS AMD END UP BLOWING U UP. it's a fucking process u cant eliminate
Matthew Thompson: Haha, Edward Snowden is starting to shit his pants. He will soon be serving a life sentence. Hope the publicity was worth it.
Truth Report: for sure pardon him.....!!!!
Andre: Pardon F that
Robert J: A pardon would be appropriate. Likewise an appointment to head the NSA.
Vito 757 Ghost: I really hope some journalist/host asks Trump if he would pardon him. I am curious on his stance.
Steve Smith: Sadly, Obama will not pardon Edward Snowden. To do so would mean that he would be obligated to pardon Chelsea Manning and many others as well. His masters will not allow a precedent like that to be set.
Winter Wonderland: PARDON!
I submit that an individual who breaks a law that conscience tells him is unjust, and who willingly accepts the penalty of imprisonment in order to arouse the conscience of the community over its injustice, is in reality expressing the highest respect for law. ~"Letter from a Birmingham Jail" ~ Martin Luther King Jr.
So Ni: Is there a petition for the public to sign, out there yet?
George H.W Bush see idiots: Yet NONE of these groups "help" anyone else for expungement.
Trackrock: He should make the best of things in Russia and not get whiney and pussified with The US Fascist Dictatorship.
This is what u want? - this is what u get!: Hes a HERO!!
The Madcap: Get rid of Big Brother
TakeAmericaBackfromISRAEL: Lock up the NSA!
